Delete your data, without a maze.

You can remove data associated with Meta authorization or request deletion of your complete Wapp workspace. We verify requests to protect businesses from unauthorized deletion.

01 Remove data connected through Meta

Remove Wapp from your Meta Business Integrations or submit a deletion request through Meta. When Meta sends Wapp a valid signed deletion request, we delete the associated active Meta connection, WhatsApp phone-number records, templates, and messaging records, and Meta receives a confirmation code.

    Open Meta settings

    Sign in to the Meta account used for Wapp and open Business Integrations or Apps and Websites settings.

    Select Wapp

    Choose Wapp, review the connected business assets, and select the option to remove the integration or request data deletion.

  3. 3
    Keep your confirmation

    Meta will submit a signed request to Wapp. The returned confirmation URL shows whether processing is complete.

Removing the integration stops Wapp from using its Meta authorization. It does not delete information independently retained by Meta or WhatsApp under their own policies.

02 Delete a complete Wapp account or workspace

Email krishan.technanosoft@gmail.com from the workspace owner’s business email with the subject “Wapp data deletion request”. Include the workspace/company name and whether you want a specific user removed or the entire workspace deleted.

We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting business data. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days, subject to lawful extensions or records we must retain.

03 What deletion covers

  • Encrypted Meta authorization tokens and connection state.
  • Associated WABA, business portfolio, and WhatsApp phone-number records.
  • Templates, message metadata, delivery events, and integration records covered by the request.
  • For complete workspace deletion: account profile, workspace membership, API credentials, webhook configuration, usage records, and other active workspace data.

04 Limited retention

We may retain narrowly limited information where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, billing records, dispute resolution, or backups. Retained information remains protected, is not used for unrelated purposes, and is removed when the applicable obligation ends.
